For automakers, Consumer Electronics Show continues to grow in importance. They are not just focused on technology. Volkswagen has 2016 CES platform to reveal an evolution. In the form of its Golf R Touch concept, gesture control functionality which was first shown at last year’s CES. This time around, however, Volkswagen is showing a near production-ready 9.2-inch infotainment system. VW says this technology will be incorporated mass-market “e-Golf Touch” models.
